Jednocześnie oświadczam, że zapoznałem/-am się z informacją o administratorze i prawach osoby, której dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez Administratora, zamieszczoną poniżej oraz w pkt 4 Regulaminu. *

  Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR) we inform that:

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is Akademia Łomżyńska.
  2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Administratora Danych Osobowych na podstawie zgody wyrażonej przez Panią/Pana wyłącznie w celu zapewnienia rozpatrzenia oferty oraz prowadzenia procesów zakupowych.
  3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe, w związku z zawartą umową powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych, będą przetwarzane przez PZP24.pl sp. z o.o. w celu zapewnienia realizacji zadań Platformy zakupowej https://al-edu.logintrade.net.
  4. Your personal data is processed for the period necessary for the performance of the service.
  5. Ma Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania bądź poprawiania, a także do przenoszenia danych.
  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not affect processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
